		<description>Hank, I am SO hating these rate cuts.  It feels like the Fed is punishing people who
A) are being responsible with their money (i.e. keeping an emergency fund and not getting into outrageous debt) and
B) are on a fixed income, which 75% of my household income is.  Inflation will bite a lot of people badly, but most of all the people whose income is a fixed amount.

Inflation + recession = STAGFLATION which is a very ugly situation, and also seems to be where we are heading.
