		<description>It looks like a very sensible plan to me.  The first 4 are the keys, in my opinion.  While the last few years have not been good for real estate I still would look to real estate (in the right circumstances).  Owning your own house, if you are going to stay put, is often a very wise move.

Generally, I try to look at the client&#039;s enire financial picture before I make a recommendaton about a particular investment vehicle!</description>
