		<description>One major difference is the FDIC. Very few people know that the real problem was alot of  banks closed and people lost thier money. This can not happen now after the laws we put in to stop this from happening. We actualy could have stoped this from ever happening again and had laws that congress took out a few years back. Are money is safe in the banks not like then.
