English is being taught by the school system but so many of the younger children do not have the money to take privet lessons at young ages. I would spend the money to open a school and let them pay what they could afford so that the school could stay in place longer. Now my insurance has been cancled and my distributers have put a lean on my house. So I would pay off those debts, then put 15k in the bank in case this were to happen again.
